About
Welcome to An Artistic Lifestyle! I'm Hannah, a college student finding her voice through creative expression. Drawing, painting, writing, and dancing are just a few of the tools helping me share and create my humble story. I believe in finding artistry in the mundane and creating beauty amid the chaotic jumble of life. I value family, community, and above all serving my Lord. I hope to inspire others to discover the joy and fulfillment found in living an artistic lifestyle!
More about Me!
Although I grew up in Michigan, in 2012 I moved to Chiang Rai, Thailand with my family. My high school experience overseas challenged me to drastically step out of my comfort zone. I met new friends, tried new food, learned a new language, and eventually embraced wholeheartedly a new and beautiful culture. The three life changing years I spent in Thailand broadened my global perspective, grew my desire to serve others, and filled me with a hunger for travel and adventure.
On any given day you might discover me with a sketchbook and pencil trying to actualize some idealistic picture in my head. I adore scrapbooking, making cards, and crocheting. After 13 years of classical ballet, it would not be uncommon to observe me leap across the room without warning. Currently, I am trying to master the beautiful art of Henna, but that wouldn't be hard to guess seeing that my hands are continually stained some shade of orange. I am an "aspiring" journalist. My stack of at least seven journals with no more than five written pages in them can attest to that. If I'm not attempting one of my hobbies above you could probably find me curled up with a good book, sipping a mug of strong coffee.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and getting to know me a little better!
